I buy accounts that have been farming for 21+ days. Then I let them warmup for a few more days on my own before launching the ads.

High algorithm volatility. I don't understand how an ad campaign targeting a broad audience can deliver good results one day, poor results the next, and then good results again. Usually, it's a gradual decline in effectiveness, not this kind of roller coaster ride.
