With the new algorithm it started putting you picture not based off post time but based off likeability All that does is make it harder for new comers and make it amazing for already popular accounts.

I understand the point of a newbie is to understand the site but having people post just to reach their 15 post inorder to send messages will create a lot of "unnecessary" posts. Similar to this post i am posting now.

I like this site and all the help it offers, do you think if it was more user friendly in the late out brining more active users and turning into a social planform will that take away from bhws roots?

WHILE I FIND BHW TO BE A VERY HELPFUL COMMUNITY I THINK THE COMPLEXITY OF THE SITE IS MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR NEW COMMERS LIKE ME TO GET THE FULL BENIFITS AND HELP.
