Try coinpayments, much better in terms of setup. I guess bitpay have such different type of accounts but coinpayments is better.. Disclaimer: I have not used it, but integrated in one of my customer's project.

There is nothing wrong with woocommerce, it is up to you, if you are not bloating wordpress with loads of plugins. if you put wordpress/woocommerce on decent hosting (I mean having PHP7+) you will get a lot of performance and a great looking store. But one thing I have noticed...

Go forward with a few step from only thinking (having idea). Put some efforts to put it live and then sell the business. That is the only option if you think you have loads of ideas to implement. Second option is blog about ideas.. Put some amazing articles about other services say, X features...

It depends, till your site is famous.. I don't think there will be issue, but after that surely there are copyright issue, no one will give there assets for free if they are not meant to be.
