Depending on who you are with you will need to contact them and discuss it with them, if your using the same as me then you just simply login to the VIP area, then update your address and save download the proxie list and then run the test on Scrapebox when you load them, you should have 100%...

I managed to get mine working now I had to contact them, there was a problem with the system when I ssved my IP and updated, however since then everything has been fine and I have to say yourprivateproxies are very very good indeed for support.
