I get to 100%. The trick really does seem to be having over 1000 words in your post. I usually have a higher keyword density percentage initially, then after I get to 1000 words, I can usually go remove some keywords for natural reading and still maintain the 100%.

I have the same question. I would love more explanation on what you did starting from Day 1. Also - your keyword phrases.. are they local/national/long tail? Can you give us an idea of the niche range you are aiming for?

If you want to stick with your current theme and make squeeze pages - There is a plugin at wpsqueezepage. I wouldn't be surprised if you can get the same or similar software for less elsewhere though.

I own both tools (like many people do) and I choose Market Samarai as my tool of choice. I even just got SEcockpit which I thought would be the MS killer but find that I keep going back to MS over and over. Unless something totally changes my mind - I don't think I will be continuing my...
