Yes the results are extremely bad. When i search my main keyword i see amazon links, very little traffic sites, almost 0 content sites etc. It was a lot better 2 years ago.

I am pretty sure this is going to worsen the search quality. The latest updates are all decreasing the search quality. They are forgetting that not only spam content owners using seo. People who composes awesome content but have no budget for advertising also using seo :)

Google has serious systems to analyze traffic pattern. So bots probably won't do good for that. They are seriously able to differentiate bot and human. I mean google :D

He is very well aware that the site size, authority is the most important factor when penalizing. That site is huge. But medium size sites can easily be taken down :)
