If you sin your content, you might rank high. However, the question is, for what kind of purpose do you want to use your blog? A decent blog with some good written articles could also get you some money. Spun content probably not that much. ( but can be used for link building)

That's a good question. In which language did you write the bot? I think online verification is the most secure. Maybe use some kind of shiffre technique for some files. The more comlex, the better. Or even outsource some kind of (legal^^) functions on a sever. So the bot won't run without...

Looked at your blog. Besides the SEO you really should stop using that much advertisement, do a better page design and more quality content. Especially if the content on the blog is good, it will create automatically backlinks. Good luck though!

Germany can be a great place to live. It has very fast and stable internet connections. But the weather is not that good, but during the summer quite enjoyable ; ) If I had to choose a location it would probably be somewhere in the south of europe. (Spain, Italy,etc.)
