Healzer, Last 2 days the program has been giving me problems. Can't login, functions start but nothing happens etc. I see that its been updated twice but still buggy for me. Any remedies in the future?

I was just on the thread reading about how he abandoned ship... Definitely not the kind of software I'd invest in.. I'm using the trial for pinbot now, but the trial is limited so I'm not even sure if this can be accomplished correctly. Maybe someone that has it can chime in??

As a Realtor - I wouldn't blast emails like that because it's a little counter-intuitive also not all agents do rentals and you may get some crappy Realtors that don't know jack . Most of us share 90% of the same listings anyway when it comes to rentals - at least in larger cities like mine...
