It might work. But all that would probably happen is a warning/1 day ban (like you already said). But I don't think Twitter would suspend an account any longer then 1 day in less the tweet/account was really breaking the ToS.

I assume you mean... What would happen to adsense if one of your channels were to get blocked/banned, and what were to happen to your other channels. Well, the simple answer is yes, you would be in danger of loosing the other. Once your channel gets permanently blocked/banned, it is against ToS...
