Mods employed by Reddit are paid. The fact is, you cannot monetize a sub as a mod per the rules. The founder of WallStreetBets got removed as the mod of that sub because of this.

The current conversion rate is about 3%, I will be tweaking the landing page tomorrow to increase the conversation rate. I have also posted B in a couple of other subs in similar niches.
