That depends if you comment made it to the top or not, Only likes on the comments doesnt matter to make it to the top, People usually make replies on the comments too and Likes + Replies both matter.

If you want to run it in a legit way then the only fullproof solution is to have 5 Accounts per Device, No Blackhat and you will be able to run paid ads on it too easily. This will just need mobile data, No need of Proxies or anything like that.

The problem with this is then you have to maintain that page too permanently, Instead you can just buy shoutouts on the pages which already exists and see if its worth to actually buy a page to maintain it long term for whatever niche it is.

Why would you just want to copy someone else's video directly? You can just make a new one with AI, Its so easy nowedays.

Keep it simple, 5 Accounts per phone and you are good to go with 2 Phones. You need to think about complicated setups when you want to run 50-100+ Accounts not on 10 Keep mobile data with a sim card on real phone, There's no need of proxies 2 for 5 accounts per phone.

I would highly prefer that you custom create such accounts instead of buying from somewhere, Its better for control and the accounts quality will be really high with full access to you. Maybe just hire an Agency or a Freelancer to do it for you.
