Look for adnetworks that specialise in mobile ads or look at a mobile app & see where they get there ads served from? Then once you find there network you can apply for an account at the same place!

That would work in theory. But dont get them to fill out different offers after completing one offer or the network will find that out.

You could allways write interesting content! & then ask blog owners to "publish" your content on your behalf... with a link back to you to give you a little serp boost.
