Using a combination of Akismet + CloudFlare solves the problem, for me. CloudFlares takes over your nameserver and will display a CAPTCHA for known spam IPs before they can get in your website. -Ice

So far some sites also works, it's only the reported sites that are disabled, from what I've read.

All Wordpress blogs are no-follow by default. It's a "feature" built-in by WP. You need to do some code hacking to make 'em do-follow.
