Like I mentioned, it's been awhile since I used Paypal...do they hold ALL your money? Or just some of it. Last time I used them, I think they were holding like 10% of your money for 60 days. I just went to their website, but am having a hard time finding any info on what they hold/how long...

I'd do a lil more work to it first. Get more backlinks, promote via YouTube. He already sounds like a spoiled/crybaby/lazy/good-for-nothing type(most celebs are)... I'd make more links, Youtube vids, Twitter account connected to it, Facebook account(with fan page) connected to it...and hold...

What I don't understand is, like just to simply add money to your account...IF the card's prepaid...WHY in the hell would paypal care WHAT name is on the card?
