Do we need special proxies? Are we able to use the same proxies we use for GSA with this product? Or, is that not recommended?

When we get the tweetadder3.zip file downloaded, two questions: 1) where should we unzip the contents 2) where do we install the program at (in our www or x86)? Thanks! I'm almost there!
