Google does not keep track of a single term called authority however.
i own them, i'm starting to build sites on them but its a lot of work and switching whois and ip and servers and this and that
seems like google could just lookup my past/historical whois and see that i own them all?

nope, maybe i just have a bigger selection of web sites? i see sites go up and down all the time, but mostly the trend is downward. this is honest truth.
i've been doing seo a long time and to just get a PR 3 i find that i can follow a formula, it doesn't matter what keyword or niche it is because PR3 is easy to get
Does anyone have any basic link formulas that are working for them to get a site to PR3?
For example: (not a real working formula)
1.) 10 blog links from PR 0 sites
2.) 10 social network links
3.) wait 30 days
