I haven't tried yet but i think maxbounty will work good caus ei have asked the affiliate manager & he said they do accept email marketing & have some good offers for that, So give it a try.

I dont think they'll pay you cause they would flag your account for voilating their TOS thus they'll give all the reasons on this planet to not pay your money. BTW what method did you use if you dont mind me asking that.
