Do you know if they are labeled as proxy? On sites such as whoer.net

Providers here have generic, blacklisted and marked as proxy. which is highly detectable by PayPal and messes up the account (I have experience) any vendors here if have some type of dedicated/residential VPS/VPN /clean proxy known to work with PayPal / eBay please pm me or post ur thread.
