yes you can , but the problem is web version of tiktok is limited , you cant change the account to business account and you cant change the main profile photo and you cant also choose a music for that video which considered a very important thing to get more traffic

i tested Fueltok and its awful , the system keep stuck at verification code and keep asking for it even if you write it correct and after several times the system will tell you "you are sending too much verification code request" , which from my experience tiktok discovered that Fueltok is a bot

thanks guys problem solved , i didnt realize that i can create accounts through the website , so i was creating the accounts through tiktok app , but i have another issue , i cant update profile image through browser and when try to login through the app from bluestack it shows the same error ...

i tried other emulator , still the same , did you create tiktok accounts on emulator before ? i also made 4g hotspot from my phone to the emulator and still the same
