There is no trick to growing, it is all about producing quality content and growing your audience naturally. You can game the system a little bit by going viral through social media and Reddit, but even then - you'll likely only get 1 subscriber for every 10,000 views, if that.

They catch it on audio content most of the time. So overlay audio tracks on top of it, or change the pitch/speed slightly.
