It usually takes until the next update until you can regain the original ranking, until then you can slowly regain lost rankings, but google will put a "brake" on your website until the next update (This is what happened to us with the last update)

Not relevant in our niche (health). Here it seems like a reversal of January update. With some new brands entering the first page. Also quality content seems to have much less relevance compared to Jan update.

In our niche Google started favoring backlinks over content. Before 4x Content sites, 6x Shop sites. After, there is 9x shops and 1x Content.
