Zero invalid traffic. 99% of my traffic was from search. Google Search to be precise. Google is up to some shady shit nowadays I guess. The ban made zero sense.

Same happened to me. Got banned after waiting for 2 weeks. Crazy thing was that Google manually approved all the websites on the account. And nothing was changed on the sites. Not even a button. Keep your fingers crossed.

Tested them both. Subdomains work better than sub folders when Hreflang is properly implemented.
