Really good points B4L, I've been implementing some of them already in my offline business and so far it's working great! However I still suck at writing copies etc. I prefer outsourcing, but maybe it's time to learn it. I also haven't used paid advertising yet, but I know that's a way forward...

Nice approach, I would've never though of this. This would work well if you have numerous Facebook accounts posting on different pages at the same time.
