I believe they pulls their data from SEMrush but I could be wrong tho. SEMrush is pretty good if you have a decent buget. BHW provide a special one month trial of SEMrush , you can use to test it.

They have a bad rep of flooding websites with scam website and viruses. It gets so annoying at some points that a visitor leave the website just because of those annoying ads. I wouldn't suggest you use on your website unless your site is about movie streaming.
