actually, Tumbler have a very good system of internal linking and link juice sharing, so often tumbler blogs have much weight. Good thing is that you can add your own website link in that tumbler blog as comment/liked.

Actually , my EMD website (wordpress 10 posts) was ranking 4, now its not even in top 20 :( . strange thing is that this happened 8 days ago :O . Why would google do that? my website had a targeted keyword, enough content, and goof traffic. I deleted my blog out of frustration.

i dont see why they shouldnt be counted as backlinks. just make sure google see the links regularly. add these urls to some long firgotten page or post of your website, so everytime googlebot crawls that page, it indexes these urls and crawls them too.

Yes, they are scam, not because there site is down, but because they didn't paid me (and thousands others)... i had earned about 12$ with them in about 20 days, which is good enough for me, but even after net30 timelimit,they didn't paid me :(

i used to make about 40-60$/month via selling paid hosting, it was not much, so i left the market and now i donot earn anything :P

i think burstnet vps are most cheap. their uk vps 512mb ram starts around 4-5$ /month and also, kloxo is almost similar to cpanel and FREE.
