Google duplicate content penalty only applies for content that is duplicated on the same site! Not content that is copied from somewhere else! You just wont rank first for that content if you copy it. The first original version of it will always rank higher than any copied version of it...

Hello if this works even without fb or twitter acc creation and can still create accounts on all those other sites it is still looking good. I just hope that the dev is good at providing updates and works on things to update them and add new features etc later on this is what makes good software...
