Yeah, I would definitely try negotiating with the uni. The financial department should be able to help you out a lot. If that doesn't work I would say you next best bet is your offline business you were mentioning. Best of luck to you, hopefully you get this taken care of so you get your degree.

How would you overcome persistent negative seo campaigns that go on and on? Lets say I had a site being blasted every day with shit links for a month straight. Would it be best for me to migrate to a new domain or keep disavowing? So much time and work wasted in either case I feel.
