Videos sent to me over IG DM only appear as still images
My personal account on the same device (iPhone) can send/receive videos absolutely fine. I have even sent a video from my gaming account to my personal account. On my personal account the video can be played and downloaded. However, on the gaming account the video cannot be played or saved. -
