There are legal loop holes that if you press the issue I am sure that you can get the posting removed. When I had personal issues with my husband's ex I ended up hiring a RP company for the internet and remove almost everything that shows about me with anything.

Paypal is the worst. I could never run a business with PayPal. They always limit, close, make it difficult and so forth. I have always used my own merchant accounts, which with Paypal they make you jump threw endless hoops to use your own merchant account.

I agree that you can get sued for just about anything. I think that it would be a waste of time for the company to make a HUGE deal out of this. But you know I have seen paranoid companies do worst. I would tread lightly, watch carefully and known when to fold them.
I like Hide MY A$$ which always changed and worked the best, I downloaded Tor and didn't like it very much and it was lagging something fierce. That has always been the biggest problem was the lagging with IP changers
