The reasons ur yt a/c get bannned is : You buy/get low quality views/likes and yt detects that you are getting fake views. Or You copy video from some other channel .. or You get flagged (wont get deleted easily unless its copied)

As title suggest is their a free hosting that has wordpress preinstalled ( or 1 click installer). Also it would be good if host is not removing sites which are *fake* in nature . Mainly need for PPD Obv i will upgrade to a paid plan when i get some $$$.
