I'm planning to buy traffic to my PPC site, but I don't need them to click, just to dilute my CTR. I don't want to take any chances even if the suppliers say that they're "100% Adsense safe" (which I highly doubt). It'll go like this: Website 1 -> Website 2 -> PPC Site So what do you think?

Do proxies increase internet speed? See, in the PH the connections are slow compared to other countries. If I use a private proxy, will my connection speed up? And if anyone is willing to let me buy just one private proxy, PM me.
