I saw this thread after I bought credit. What a bummer that I don't get some free credits lol.
It seems to be working ok now. Will edit again for a review.
Posting 5 - 60 web 2.0 links to your site work but slower IMO. I use SenukeX to create those normal web 2.0 tier 1 backlinks and have yet to see any improvement. But when I post unique articles on ezine articles and the alike as tier 1 links, and then spin those articles to post with AMR...
I ran into the same problem with a list of about 600.
---------------------
I broke the list out and tried to submit 29 links. It was stuck after 2171 submission.

Thanks and Rep given to OP. :)
I did another run and this time everything were ok.
It's harder to rank high in the SERP with a lot of links. About 10 days ago, I started 2 sites at the same time. One (site A) I blast scrapebox links directly to it the other one (site B) I didn't. Site A has 1500+ links within 3 days and site B only has about 70 links right now. Site B has PR 5...
Nitro PDF was a pos when I used it. You can try to edit the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Pro. That's what I'm using now. Once in a while I would get a document where I can't edit it. But most of the time, it works beautifully.
I don't think that it worth the money. You can read some more about it in this forum at this thread. I think you should check it out for yourself. It works fine for me, but I still prefer WPRobot. I can't post live links on here so just go ahead and search Auto Blog Samurai and you'll see that...
I use WPRobot and Profit Jackpot. WPRobot is the way to go though since it gives you articles and videos. Profit Jackpot only gives me articles (upsell for videos cost over $200).
I haven't used on that will blast my ads out to hundreds of classified sites. However, I did use one to rotate ad posts on BP. TBH it was quiet effective. Even if you can get someone to buy your product, you can certainly create some good backlinks back to your site.
It could be useful as you are kinda providing "free training". What I would suggest you do is split the ebooks into smaller sections or chapters. Copy those into MS words or an article spinning program. Then you can spin the "article" to your satisfaction and post on your blog. I had done this...
Apparently I can't even PM until I have 15 posts. There is another thread on this forum about content locker. I think you can read up about it on here first. Then when I have the 15 posts, I'll PM ya lolz
You can find some of the content locker offers on the web. They will give you a code to put on your site thus make your visitors complete the offer before getting in. I'm not giving you any program names because I don't know the policy about that on BHW and I can't post live links :D
I'm still using it for one of my auto blog. It works fine except that I never tweak the keywords that I use. Therefor the blog is fill with just nonsense content right now. I'll get around to it though :-)
You can try to sell your ebook on Clickbank, Digital Point, Warrior forum, etc. You can also self publish on Amazon or you can sell it on eBay. Good luck!
You can download a PDF creator program. If you have MS Office 2010 then I think it's built in. But anyway, to answer your question, I will include the link for you to download lolz.
