I have noticed it too but i think reels seem better for reach while carousels are doing well for saves and shares. I did test both and focus more on what gets people to actually intract.

Yes, I have noticed it too. I had better results with short simple posts, reels and content that gets real comments or shares instead of just likes. Facebook is now too careful more about meaningful interaction now.

In my opinion, posting more articles will nott fix it. I will check Search Console first, indexing, manual actions and traffic drops then I will review content quality and backlinks before publishing anything new.
