you can buy sim cards, you can buy verified facebook accounts, i know you can use google voice (do some research cause i don't know this way) you can ask friends to help you verify, or in other cases if you're going for hot girls profiles you may ask help to any of the guys you're adding lol

well, your niche will have a certain avg monthly traffic, if you rank high in google / youtube, you will get most of the traffic to your website/vid, then if they're convinced by what you're promoting, they will click on the survey and you will get leads.

Hmmm i don't know what kind of niches do you work with, but pretty much search for big forums / websites and check what it's the hot thing right now, or u can even see if someone is promoting the same niche as you in like a blog or something and see if i has more post with other niches, also...
