Did you start levelng up your account with little transactions, or was the paypal limiting after big transactions? Also did you got any complains from customers that reached out to paypal?

I had good experience with hetzner these days, fast and reliable support, but you would need to know how to setup windows on the server yourself, because getting it installed by them is pretty expensive

I think it depends if you want short term wins or long term and which altcoins. I think longterm wise bitcoin is still the better option, but there will also be a down again so short term i wouldnt advise

Instagram is pretty hard on new accounts. Did you create the account with bad proxies or access it from multiple ips/devices in a short period of time?
