I don't think they would be automatically added as a part of an existing site on your GSC, they're individual web properties on their own.

The new update I saw on my sesrch console allows one to link their Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and/or Tiktok accounts. Check yours. We might soon be able to effectively drive clicks through social media accounts

If they know your facebook page name, they can search for it on the facebook ad library. But I don't think the ad library is updated frequently, it takes time for ads to appear there. Assuming your ads are showing up there when searched, then yes, they could steal/copy your ads.
