SEO still matters for youtube and especially for search related topics. I still optimize my titles, descriptions and keywords but watch time and viewer satisfaction matter more once the video getss exposure.

A short outage is not a big seo issue but the longer the site stays unreachable, the more problem it creates. I eill focus on getting it back online first and keep a backup host ready for next time.
