I'm quite sure that you wouldn't need to get a content writer if you should ever need one of course as you would write the content far better compared to 70% of the SEO writers...

You could use a site like this one: https://www.prepostseo.com/ping-multiple-urls-online , which can only index/ping 50 urls at a time, or there are a variety of alternatives. Posting/ Sharing any link on either twitter, or reddit for example ultimately gets that link indexed 3 or 4 times...
