Since I can't imagine too many people are searching for those exact keywords, you probably have to develop the site like a new brand. My concern would be that you might not recoup your time investment after spending hours (even with a WP site) to make a couple hundred $$.

Sure, GoDaddy makes this a pretty easy process. They've got detailed instructions on their Support pages, or a customer service rep can help you with the transfer. Backed up the site, transfer the domain, and upload the site using the Buyer's FTP information.

My concern would be that as soon as you became successful, you'd show up on the radar of these companies and your work would be for nothing. The thing is, there are plenty of "fan-type" sites that don't seem to attract negative attention by the brands.
