Is Adperium still relevant? What are the banner dimensions? I can't find that info anywhere and their support is slow.

I'm not sure if this is the same kind of cloaking, but I noticed when OutBrain checks my ads, I see IP's from Israel. When humans check the ad, wouldn't I just be able to show them the clean version, and as long as the user IP address is not from IL, redirect to a better converting page? Aside...
