Well that's the case with Flippa I have been trying to buy some legit business and everytime I do some due diligence there is something fishy.

Ya I have seen 2 or 3 sellers doing the same thing over n over again. But even if they are doing it Flippa verified stats shows the average of last three months so in order to claim any decent money they have to plan at least 3 months ahead.
