As far as I know, Importing into the USA as a foreign company is difficult, it's easier if you register LLC in Delaware for example. A third-party company/service which can do the import for you will not be cheap. It also depends what product do you want to import - some are easier than others.

I guess the IP fields are just not populated by the system (purposely or not, idk). If you update your domains DNS records with those nameservers you should be fine. If not contact your hosting's support.
