Very responsive in the beginning. TAT is not known. I got 2 websites. If says today you have to wait at least 2 days. Last time that said i will finish soon, have passed 10 days. I wouldn't recommend to anyone this provider. It is your choice in the end.

I have seen something like that with some other provider (free). After that i checked on google keyword planner. I used that one closer with google keyword planner. I am not sure if it was the right way.
