If you are new to Xrumer - just start with VPS, then move on to dedicated server. I recommend VPS from hostvendor net They are in Europe and truly bulletproof - you will not get any complaints from them for using Xrumer without proxies

China and Russia are blocked by default on many forums. It makes no sense to use bulletproof servers from those countries at all. Proxies will slow down your Xrumer. So just get a bulletproof VPS in Europe and you are OK.

AVG is for housewives, Kaspersky is not bad, but eats the resources. So I prefer Avira + Malwarebytes nowdays.
