look at the picture, this guy is growing really fast and getting tons of views. He's at 40k subs at the moment and I've noticed this crazy amount of referrers on alot of his vids on initial uploads and then a day or two later they drop down to like 200. Can someone please tell me about this tactic?

Views are not updating at all, they show in real time but the views shown on the video are not even close to the realtime ones.
