Update. Rise to 22 for main keyword. Dean does advise clients to check for improvements in ranking 10 to 12 days after reports are complete, in this case, it's been a little longer (22 days) which is fine. We will support this SEO provider on multiple forums and upgrade the service in due course.

As often happens, bad timing! Main keyword up from 35 to 25, 24 hours after previous post. Dean (Dark Demon) e-mailed me to ask why I was posting SEO rank results, but it's in the interest of the BHW community to exercise transparency. He's threatened to pull the plug and I hope he reverses that...
