I don´t think this works anymore. I tried uploading AI music to different distributors, it was detected and rejected. I think this could work but needs to be real music. I upload shit music, like beats or some random chords that take me minutes to make and record.

I would need much more details for this info to be useful. If the distributor is behaving like that is because the botted streaming is being detected, the point is replicating human behaviours and blue prints to the point that it can not be distinguishable from a human.

I can not recommend a brand because all the proxy distributors that I tried have some good proxies and some bad proxies. You need to try them and see which IP work. The issue is that you don´t know who rented the proxy before and if they did naughty stuff on Spotify, it will be blacklisted.
