I have similar experienced for website "e l i t e l i k e s" last month I bought targeted fans from them, few days later they removed targeted fans service while my order was still there and not deliver yet. I keep chasing them everyday to refund my money as I am being chased by my client...

I keep chasing them everyday as my client start complaning and ask refund. This morning they customer support over skype replied "f**k off man" i almost lost my temper on his reply. This literally break my day :(

I ordered targeted facebook fans and paid them $90USD, they did not deliver my order and did not refund my money! How come they doing business like this! Stealing his clients money! After sending them email and even on skype but they dont even reply you. How dare they doing business like this.
