After buying accounts they will have to change payment method, because mine of course won't work. But I guess Google will see what the previous payment method was, and my other accounts that I run my clients campaigns on them, that still use the same payment method are at risk?

Hi, I have a good offer to sell a lot of my old, currently unused google ads accounts. What if buyer will run abusive ads on them? Can Google somehow punish me for selling them? Have you seen something like that?
