A website I use to make money wants to verify my info. They want me to print a paper they sent me, put my ID on it, then copy it and send it to them. I have the picture of my id in the paper. But I need Date of Birth edited and issued date edited. Seems like a easy job, but im willing to pay.

Ya I am probably going to make a completely Stealth paypal account. I just gotta figure out how to withdraw all my money to my bank safely. So sending it to another one of my paypals with same name is risky. And withdrawing to a different name is risky. Anything thats guaranteed not risky?

If a paypal gets limited/frozen will the other paypal accounts on the same IP be affected? The paypal account is stealth except for IP. Thank You!!
